- We strive to ship purchases within 24 to 48 hours whenever possible.
- Orders placed after 11 AM on Saturday will typically be shipped on Monday.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times vary based on the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and typically take 10 to 20 business days.
- We do not have control over delays caused by shipping carriers.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
- Custom logo items are non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process
- Complete the tracking form below and provide a tracking number for a guaranteed return.
- A $3 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds apply only to the product cost and do not include shipping fees.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
