- Certain items, such as personalized products, undergarments, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
