Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products, undergarments, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
