Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Custom logo items are non-returnable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

  1. Complete the tracking form below and provide a tracking number for a guaranteed return.
  2. A $3 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Refunds apply only to the product cost and do not include shipping fees.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Issues & Errors

  • Any shipping problems (such as missing or incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
